Our Structure
- Cayuga Consulting is a virtual organization that leverages telecommuting and online resources to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness of client interactions.
- Cayuga Consulting employs a network of highly qualified and quality-assured regional contractors having extensive experience in all phases of medical writing, clinical development, quality assurance, and regulatory submissions.
- Each contractor works out of their own office that meets Cayuga's stringent quality and electronic security requirements.
- Project teams make use of telecommuting resources to maximize productivity and flexibility - teleconferencing, webinars, secure file transfer sites, and e-mail for day-to-day management of project activities.
- The wide range of training and experience of our contractor network enables Cayuga assemble teams with the expertise that precisely matches the requirements of each individual project.
Our Approach to Contracts
At Cayuga Consulting we believe that flexibility is the key to satisfying our client’s needs. We recognize that each client's needs may change as a program develops; thus our approach focuses on maximizing productivity and flexibility while minimizing delays.
- We work closely with our clients to identify critical resource requirements and milestones, and provide estimates for contingency plans.
- We provide good faith estimates of charges for every project based on initial assumptions and conditions.
- Curriculum vitae for each proposed Cayuga team member is presented to the client for approval before the project begins.
- We provide regular program updates, keeping clients fully aware of current project status.
- We can work with a variety of contract structures — Master Service Agreements with task-specific Work Orders are the most commonly used and most flexible structure, but we can work within a client’s preferred contract structure if necessary.
- After initiation, resources assigned to a particular project or task can be easily modified with a phone call and a Work Order amendment — we don't charge "change fees" for simple Work Order modifications.
Bottom Line
Our expertise, regionalized company organization and flat management structure allows us to keep our overhead low and quality high, so we can offer each client the most competitive rates for the best quality deliverables.
